I bought a similar product from a local store but it didn't last. Why should I get a Ready Shelter?

Ready Shelters are not designed to be a bargain brand. All our products are made of highest quality materials. Our own unique Ready Shelter ratchet tensioner is more expensive to manufacture then a rope tensioner but is worth it! It keeps the cover smooth and taught.

Can I use a Ready Shelter all year round?

Our products are designed to handle the elements, from the blazing sun to extreme cold. Both the round and peaked roofs are designed to resist accumilation of snow. All snow should be removed as soon as possible. Brush or tap the inside of the cover with a soft broom to clear snow or debris.

Does the ground have to be perfectly level?

Choose a location as close to level as possible. There should be no more than one (1) inch difference between one base plate and another.

Can I build on soil or do I need a concrete slab?

The best foundation for a Ready Shleter is on top of a poured concrete slab. Ready Shelters can be mounted on timbers or Railroad ties and can also be securely mounted into soil.

What is your shipping damage and shortage policy?

We stand behind our product. Any damaged or missing part will be repaired or replaced. If your package is damaged it must be noted at time of delivery. You have five (5) days to report any damages or shortages, after that period any shipping damages will become your responsibility.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only for orders shipped to New Jersey 7% Sales Tax.
